Specialty Valves

Midwest Valve Services, Inc. has expanded its specialty valve shop due to the increased demand from our customers. We have expanded our capability for the repair of all brands and most types of Ball, Butterfly and Plug, as well as Wedge Plug, Wilson Snyder and HF Alky type valves.

Our skilled valve technicians are also well versed in Slab Gate valves (API6D) for the pipeline industry. All valves are repaired utilizing original equipment manufactured parts.

Capable and dependable work, fast turnaround, documented valve history stored, and warranteed workmanship provide not only cost savings to our customers, but also the assurance that a valve repaired at Midwest Services, Inc. will be as "good as new".

Gate, Globe and Check

We have one of the largest most efficient gate valve repair facilities in the Midwest. Our experienced valve technicians provide a firm foundation for consistent quality valve repair. The Gate, Globe, Check shop's areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, HF Alky, chrome, and critical valve repair. We provide 24 hour emergency service, as well as schedule flexibility for plant shutdowns, both to enable timeliness in delivery.

Safety Relief Valves

We are certified by the National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels and have been issued VR Stamp number 363. We are authorized to repair, machine, weld and perform NDE for air, liquid, and steam Section I and VIII valves. We specialize in quick turnarounds.

Control Valves

Midwest Valve Services, Inc. provides complete repair of control valves, actuators and positioners. Our trained technicians utilize their experience, factory training and attention to detail to provide prompt, reliable service. Our use of O.E.M. parts assures our customers that their products will be repaired per manufacturer's specifications.

HF Alky Valves

Midwest Valve Services, Inc. is the largest facility in the Midwest for the repair of HF Alky gate, globe, check and plug type valves. We are well versed in both Phillips and U.O.P design valves. Our experience provides tracking, monitoring and evaluation of your valves in this application. All valves are rebuilt per the manufacturer, customer and licensee's specifications.
